OK, I'll get them to you:
Download and open the *.dmg file and drag the LO Icon wherever you want.
If an older version exists in the same directory, it will be overwritten
(and therefore, all system wide preferences are lost, bug is known).
Parallel install of all known vrersions istpossible - just rename them.
(It's really more like coping a file)
LangPack:
Download and open the *.dmg file
Start the Program "OpenOffice.org 3.3 Language Pack" into the dmg.
Select the LO/OOo-Version you want to update with the langpack.
Click OK
done.
I also need to know whether it is necessary to de-install a previous
version of LibO (or of OOo) before installing a new version. If so, I
need detailed instructions on how to de-install an existing version.
no, you may install so much versions as you want at the same time.
If you're able to provide screenshots, this would be a great optional
extra. in that case, please feel free to mail them to me directly.
