Added a SUB-Forum page for LibreOffice The Announce page: http://documentfoundation.969070.n3.nabble.com/Announce-f1621702.html Changed the appearance so that this looks like an News feed display. The LibreOffice SUB-Forum: http://documentfoundation.969070.n3.nabble.com/LibreOffice-f1639495.html Added sub page for the Users list. Moved the L10n page from the top level (DocumentFoundation) to here.
