I got a feedback from a Hungarian free software supporter about the
petition. http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/documentfoundation
He said that he had no clue what it was and how it was related to The
Document Foundation and LibreOffice. The text of the petition did not
mention The Document Foundation and LibreOffice.
Hop, it is more clear now - and hopefully there is no need for further
changes. I can only add to the text and not fully rewrite.
