They are online, just the website only lists the rpms currently.

Until the website gets updated, please either use the
download-directory manually, or use bittorrent
i.e. use http://tracker.documentfoundation.org:6969/index.html?search=deb
or browse http://download.documentfoundation.org/
that will fit.
