Maybe the only thing missing is "users" as subset of community.

I guess that the "contributors of anything" are also "users" of LibreOffice and that any "user" is a potential "contributor of anything" ;-)

Perhaps trivial, but it is just as easy to constructively get behind these TDF objectives instead of getting lost in the details, treading water and getting nowhere.
