Dear Members, dear Community,
the nomination phase of the next Board of Directors election is now ended and we have 10 candidates standing for this role[0].
As we announced previously[1], for this Board election we would like to introduce a new format for increasing the interactions between the TDF Members, the whole Community and the group that is standing for becoming part of the next Board of Directors.
Let me give you some more details on those sessions:
- Everyone is invited to attend, also non TDF members.
- Membership Committee members will join the sessions and act as facilitators between the candidates and the local communities.
- We would like to organise on 3 different days 3 sessions of 2 hours each, for covering as many timezones as possible.
- The sessions will take place next week, so please, be prepared and check our next announcements with the details on time and days!
As TDF Member you will have the opportunity to ask questions to the candidates.
Please send your questions in advance to tdf-membership@lists.documentfoundation.org (which reaches the Membership Committee in private). The Committee will collect questions together, for easier moderation of the sessions.
