to "close the books", as we say in Germany, I have just arranged payments for all outstanding travel requests from 2012 which I had on the treasurer@ list. If there are no further requests, we can close the respective budgets soon. The good news is, we spent a lot less for the Hackfest than planned, so we have some money left for other areas.
