I have updated the document at
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/TDFCertification, giving a "final"
look, adding the last changes and adding some paragraphs which add some
missing details, especially for the "legally binding" aspect, which we
must be quite careful about.
All the members of the BoD are kindly asked to read, comment (if
necessary) and approve the text by Wednesday, April 25.
With the approval of the text, the BoD is also approving the members of
the Certification Committee (which is not a formal body, and can thus be
changed at any time in the future).
