I also thought it was not worth forwarding and erased it.

But not without some thought. In one sense it is a legitimate message to the list on a subject under discussion. On the other hand, as you say, Cor, it adds nothing and can be considered to be an attack on the other participants. As it happens I haven't followed this thread apart from modding the OP, so I don't know how much heat, as opposed to light, is being generated in the thread.
