for example here:

search for Your desired file, maybe:
LibO-SDK_3.5_Win_x86_install_multi.msi

click the "details"-link:
http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/3.5.1/win/x86/LibO-SDK_3.5_Win_x86_install_multi.msi.mirrorlist

and choose any mirror for that file You like. :o))
