I'm not (or not yet!) maintaining a mirror, but these figures seems to
diverge too much from official Document Foundation announcements,
stating that only 11 GBytes are needed:

If we need more than four times that space to setup a mirror, then the
announcement is inaccurate or at least incomplete... Is 45 GBytes the
right figure then?
