Not really mirroring-related, but it seems you have to scroll to the next pages on http://tracker.documentfoundation.org:6969/
Alternatively, just pick your download (somewhere on http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/testing/3.3.0-beta2/) append ".torrent". Or if you follow one of the "details" links, you can click on the link there.
